We ask that all our of customers to “Please” not wait to the last minute to place an order. If you have a specific deadline that you need your product(s) by, please take full advantage of ordering as early as you’re able, to allow for any unanticipated delays.
We keep our hair shop fully stocked with the majority of the products we offer, however, custom orders, hair clip extension & wig orders are not in stock & or require additional handling time, so they will generally take longer to process.
Our standard processing time for orders is 2-3 business days & some items 3-5 business days, however, orders placed close to major holidays & or during our high volume & large sales, an additional 1-3 days of processing time will be added. Orders placed on non business days & holidays will be processed according to our normal processing times, & shipped on the first available business day.

8:00 am PST – 4:00 pm PST for all West Coast Orders & 11:00 am EST – 4:00 pm EST for all East Coast Orders
We exclusively ship our products via the US postal service, therefore, we offer shipping to P.O/APO/FPO boxes. However, we ask that customers track their order using the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email, so that they are aware of when package(s) are scheduled for delivery. We also ask that customers promptly open & inspect their order for accuracy, and contact us immediately if there are any issues identified.
We utilize UPS & FEDEX for our larger shipments & rush shipment request.

*Please confirm your shipping address when completing your order, as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided. Any orders requiring re-shipment due to incorrect addresses will be subject to a $15 reshipment fee. Please also check & confirm your PayPal shipping address prior to placing your order, & again after placing your order.
In an effort to protect customer’s from fraud, orders processed using customer’s Papal accounts & or PayPal cards, will only be shipped to the PayPal shipping address on file with PayPal, regardless of the shipping address listed on the order.
*Please understand that our delivery times are only estimates & Simply Hair Collection LLC is not responsible for carrier delays due to holidays, weather conditions, natural disasters, invalid addresses, lost & or stolen packages. After we have carefully packaged orders & packages have been scanned into the USPS shipping facility, we can no longer be responsible for the order. We send out tacking information via email with every order, so we ask that our customers track the progress of their shipment & contact the carrier for questions or concerns.
*Our shipping does not include insurance, so a signature will not be required for delivery. Please note that some carriers may leave packages at door or front porch. If insurance would like to be purchased & added to delivery, please contact Simply Hair Collection LLC before your order has been placed.
