Please read these terms & conditions carefully. By placing an order with Simply Hair Collection LLC, you fully agree & are bound by the terms & conditions below. These terms & conditions are subject to change & any changes will be incorporated into the terms & conditions listed here. If at any time you do not agree with these terms & conditions, please do not access our website or place any orders with Simply Hair Collection LLC.


Any unauthorized use of our websites & systems, including but not limited to unauthorized entry into Simply Hair Collection’s systems, misuse of passwords, or misuse of any information posted to a site, is strictly prohibited.


Please Note: Simply Hair Collection LLC strives for complete customer satisfaction, so please rest assured that when you place an order with us, either via our websites, over the phone with a customer service representative, or with one of our lovely consultants, we will make every effort to fulfill your order to your exact specifications provided during order placement.


In an effort to bringing only smiles, happiness & satisfaction to our customers, we quality check each & every order for accuracy, prior to allowing it to be shipped out to you. We maintain the highest level of quality assurance, so there’s no need to worry about your order.


Please promptly inspect your hair & your overall order as soon as it’s received for accuracy. If your order is inaccurate, defective & or damaged, please contact customer service immediately, but not later than within 1 business day of receipt, (Based on the tracking information), to discuss a remedy. 


Although all sales are final, we will gladly fix any inaccuracies, defects & or damaged shipments at our expense. Customer service will provide customer with a return shipping label for the inaccurate, defective & or damaged product(s) & customer will need to send it back to us. Simply Hair Collection LLC will validate the product issues described & if in agreement, will exchange or replace the item in question.


(If customer accepts an exchange of product, & would like to exchange the product for one of a higher value, customer will need to pay the additional cost of the product. Simply Hair Collection LLC will ship the exchanged product to the customer at our expense)


Please also note that because all of our hair is 100% Remy Human Hair, coming from completely different human donors, no hair bundles will truly have the exact same hair color or hair texture. Therefore, we have no real way of guaranteeing the natural hair color & hair texture of our hair. However, we’ve used our expertise at matching our hair colors & hair textures, so we offer our natural hair color of #1B, but please note some hair bundles will range closer to the color #2.


Cancellations/Returns/Refunds/

Exchanges


Cancellations:


Customers desiring to cancel their non custom orders may do so by contacting customer service, but only within 2 hours of order placement. A full refund will be issued.


Non custom orders may not be cancelled after 2 hours of order placement & ALL SALES ARE FINAL, due to the nature of our products.

(Simply Hair Collection LLC reserves the right to cancel any orders with or without notice)


Returns:


In an event a customer would like to return a product for exchange, or a customer desiring to cancel an order after 2 hrs. of order placement, but on the same day of order placement, will be allowed to. However, customer will need to await order arrival, then send the order back to us within 2 days of receipt, at their expense (unless otherwise noted) to receive a refund.


We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, so please be sure to add insurance when returning products to us.


Returned orders are fully examined & thoroughly inspected prior to refunds being issued.

Refunds:


In order to receive a refund, returned non custom orders or approved exchanges must be received within 7 business days of customer’s receipt, & contents of order must be unopened & unused, with the labels & or tags still in tact & absolutely no alterations or changes have been made to the product.


Refunds are credited back to customer’s account used for order placement, within 7 business days of approved return, minus the $50 restocking fee.


Exchanges:


At our discretion, exchanges will be permitted by request to customer service, but only within 5 calendar days of order receipt only, per tracking information. Absolutely “No” exchanges will be honored after this time frame. In order for an exchange to be approved, customer will need to be sure the product has not be opened, used, altered, or even tried on. Please note, Simply Hair Collection LLC fully adheres to the Federal Law, which states that for sanitation & hygiene purposes, human hair can’t be returned after being used in any manner. Approved exchanges are subject to a $50 restocking fee.


Payments/Chargebacks/Fraud/

Custom Orders


Payments:


Simply Hair Collection LLC preferred method of payment is PayPal. Our checkout systems is powered by PayPal, which is one of the safest & securest ways to buy & make payments online. We accept all major credit & debit cards & payment is always upfront, unless customer has been approved for order financing. When orders are placed, either online, over the phone with customer service or with a consultant, the credit or debit card is charged immediately. PayPal payments generally clear within 5 minutes of order placement. In some cases, like when using our Simply Layaway Plan, Paypal invoicing will be used & payments will be processed immediately after customer clicks to pay the invoice & provide a valid method of payment.


If you have any trouble with processing your payment, please feel free to contact a customer service representative at 877-806-8460 Ext #1 East Coast & Ext #2 West Coast. We will be happy to assist you. Some transactions for the customer’s security may be blocked by PayPal, so please 1st contact PayPal if you have an account with them & or if you have linked the card that you’re attempting to use to your PayPal account. Please also contact  your financial institution directly if applicable, prior to contacting customer service. This way, we can offer the best available solutions for making the attempted payment.


Chargebacks/Fraud


Simply Hair Collection LLC offers honest communication & honest transactions with all of our customers. Therefore, we ask that customers do not chargeback, dispute, or place any stop payments with their credit card company after placing an order with us. Please give us an opportunity to correct any issues you may have. If any customer does so, we shall view this directly as theft of our merchandise, which is fraudulent activity. We will then report to ALL major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection amount, & take full legal action, persecuting to the full extent of the law.


Custom Orders


There will be absolutely no cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds permitted on custom orders. Custom order sales are final, unless the order is not accurate, damaged or defective in any way, upon receipt. Customer must notify us immediately, but not later than the next business day of receipt, per tracking information. The customer order will need to be returned, & customer service will provide customer with a return label to do so. After receipt of custom order back to us, inspected & deemed inaccurate, damaged or defective, we will ensure customer’s complete satisfaction at our expense.


Notice:


All of our prices, products, specifications & product availability are subject to change without notice. Due to human error, any typographical, photographic, or specification error in any of our products & or our pricing of our products are subject to corrections by Simply Hair Collection LLC at anytime. If any of these errors affect a customer’s order, we will notify customer & receive their approval before proceeding with fulfilling their order, as we strive to make happy & satisfied customers worldwide. 


Simply Hair Collection LLC does not accept liability from any health conditions, bodily injury & or reactions from our products during normal installation, wear & after wear. We have quality tested all of the products we offer, & we stand by our 100% quality guarantee against any manufacturing defects when our products are installed, used & maintained in the professional manner in which they’re intended. Please follow our hair care tips to assure proper maintenance.
